That's what it says on the cover of Cycle World about the new Kawasaki ZX14.

How slow is my R100S now? :cry:

Holy crap. Makes is seem like we could see a stock bike in the 8's in our lifetime.

We're aging ZM.
We don't want a bike that throws shit at us faster than our brain can process it.
60 horespower is just fine. I use all of it and it's fun.

Not to worry, the ZX14 has ABS, traction control, wheelie control, selectable power. You don't even have to be a good rider. The technology has you covered. :?

They are making bikes idiot proof. Ergo there will be more idiots.

The sad thing is there may come a time where I will not be able to enjoy humiliating modern sport bikes with my old Airhead. :cry:

Even as new MCs are nothing about "idiot proof",
perceived market demand determines product.
The latest greatest fastest, top spot on the motorcycle horsepower ladder, will trump all !
... and certainly have more than it's share of idiots standing in line with $$ in hand ...
