Re: R nineT
I see BMW Motorrad just came out with price at $14,900.00 USD. Anti-theft option at $395.00.
Hmmmmmmm. I will go see them at my nearest dealer. My old airhead serves me well. Not
sure she would appreciate some hussie in the garage.

Looking for Battery-powered GPS Speedometer
Well, my airhead speedo is not at all accurate. I have an Iphone app. that gives accurate GPS-sourced speeds. However, have not found a mount I like for the Iphone. So does anyone have any ideas where to purchase a small battery-powered GPS speedometer? Googled already and did not see anything good.

Re: Which Battery For '86 R80
It does have a deep toolbox for sure. I got the BMW gel battery with the bike when I purchased it about 7 mos.
I don't off-hand know the amps. I'll have to check that out. Thanks.

Re: Twisted front fender r100rt
The mystery is solved for all who've lost sleep wondering about my crooked front fender. The culprit was the brake line. For those with r100rt's you know how awkward it is to remove the front fender and wheel. Because you have to remove at least one of the calipers 1st it distorts the brake line th...

Re: Twisted front fender r100rt
It's Twisted, Sister. My '86 R80 front fender is crookedy, too. I always appear to be running off the road when I look at it. Somewhat distracting to say the least. Might have a go at fixing mine also.
