I decided to maintain the fork of my baby. Honestly i would say it's one the easyest forks, BUT, i can't disassemble the damping rod to replace the springs and the o-rings. Do you have any trick?

I decided to maintain the fork of my baby. Honestly i would say it's one the easyest forks, BUT, i can't disassemble the damping rod to replace the springs and the o-rings. Do you have any trick?
