I have been using the $4.00 synchronizer since it was $2.00. I put very small orifice in the tube from carburetor to top of clear tubing. I used red automatic transmission fluid in clear tubing so if it sucks some in it just smokes.

I taped both sides and used a vertical band saw with the fence set to amount to be removed and feed slowly. Set saw speed slow and do not get in a rush.

I have a normal height clearview with vent installed for cold weather riding. I also have a shorter windshield made by cutting 3" from the old shield that the clearview replaced. It is much cooler with the shorter shield but also has more wind noise and turbulence.

I have been using a set of grip heaters made for snowmobiles for some years and have no complaints. They were inexpensive and easy to install. The best money I spent was on a set of ATV hand covers they slip on and are secured with a Velcro strap, may not look astatically pleasing but my arthritic k...
