OK all, problem solved..... you know, some times the most its the esoteric thing your mind comes up with....and other times you just don't have enough gas in the tank.......I'm so embarrassed.... I'm not worthy please be kind.....

Hi all my R90 will not rev past 4k unless I have the choke on, any ideas? carbs have fresh rebuild with new diaphragms,o-rings and gaskets. Timing is spot on, bike has only 21k but had been sitting for 10+ years. Thanks to all who can offer some insight.
