Hi all my R90 will not rev past 4k unless I have the choke on, any ideas? carbs have fresh rebuild with new diaphragms,o-rings and gaskets. Timing is spot on, bike has only 21k but had been sitting for 10+ years. Thanks to all who can offer some insight.
