What is that little metal dibit for? It's on the inside of the left swing arm.

Is it disc or drum rear brake?
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.

The swingarm is probably made for drum and disc bikes. On the disced bikes there's a small clip that holds the hose in place.
