Fairing attachment points on a R60/5

Does anyone recognize this fairing? If so, what do the top attachments look like and where do they attach? I have the bottoms and know where they go.

I think it is a Wixom fairing, although I can't find any catalogs. Post #12 on this page is basically it, and in reading the context on the page, it suggests that is is a Wixom.

Hard to find any images with attachments visible. But if it's like other Wixoms, here's a look at the mounts on my Wixom Ranger fairing for my R69S.

Thanks to both of you. This Wixom comes darn close save for the windshield has 6 mounting screws whereas mine has 5.
