ATE Caliper Dust Seal install

Whats the best way to install the dust seal on the ATE Calipers?
Fit the seal to the piston, while the piston is in position and then try and gently press the seal into the caliper?

I think this is the way that I did it. I felt it would be easier to work on the outer seal once the piston was carefully inserted then to try and finagle it around the piston as a last step.
