Well, the "new, improved seal" is on its way from Motobins so we'll see how it goes

An installing tool we'll have to sort out somehow. I'm sure I can come up with something. Thanks for your efforts dougie!

Perhaps a drawing will show up from one of the inmates. I remeber my old one so maybe can mock up something.

Check the fly wheel for wear where the seal runs.
