A) Karcoma. Has 5 hole washer.
B) GERMA. Seven holes.
Yet the OEM fiche shows five hole.

Which one should I get for my 94 R100LT/RT?
I think wirewrkr posts here too.wirewrkr Your 94 came with the taps as shown in your fiche link.
The Germa has a handle that is held on with a center screw, the Karkoma is a one piece handle.
BUT the most easy way to distinguish if yours is a Karkoma or not, is by the angle of the exit pipe.
The Karkoma is the only horizontal exit pipe used by BMW on airheads.
Your bike came factory with them, but could have been changed down the road.
The Germa always exited straight down.
Karcoma made the straight and right angled taps but the right angled ones were oem on the later mono models. Not sure what year they started as angled? They're a good thing in that they route the fuel hose away from the carb cables. I have them on my 81 RS (oem was Germa) for that reason.wirewrkr wrote: Your 94 came with the taps as shown in your fiche link.
