Will these spokes work?

Will these work for a /6 rear wheel?

They are both 40 - 140mm spokes, but is there a difference in the /2 type spoke?

Thanks

I'm not that familiar with spokes, but Vech has this part offered on his website:

36 31 4 038 222--spoke set ss with nippes front or rear wheel R25/3-R27 R50-R69S rear wheel only for R50/5-R90/6 takes 5.6mm wrench tool 014B

From that, it seems that spokes for a late model /2 fit the rear wheel on a /6. Also, Buchanan's seems to say /2 - /7 spokes are the same:

Why not just measure your spokes ?
And then compare those #s to what is offered 4-sale, eh ?

Sorry to bring this dilemma crashing to earth,
but the application of a ruler would answer the question definitively
whereas opinion and speculation on the forum will always be just that ...

edit:
and sorry for being rude – I should resolve not to write responses
after returning from the pub ...

Now, that's a fact if I ever saw one.

Uh, I'm wondering what a "core" is in the world of spokes? Do you think they want you to send in your old spokes?

Had you gone to my site you would have had your answer. No, they won't work. The head system is quite different.
