Silly tank question.

Post by jagarra »

Short of filling the gas tank on my 90/6, is there a way to tell if I have the standard or large capacity tank. Is there a diamensional figure I can look to or a part number under the tank.

thanks,

This is a large tank:

Small tanks are not embossed for knee grips, although some small tanks have had grips added.

Mel,

When you say embossed, do you mean that there is a relief in the side of the tank so that the knee pad still remain flush to the surface?
