R100RS rear Brembo caliper modification

I have been thinking ... (not my strong suit I know):

Is there a 4-piston caliper replacement available for the rear disc caliper? It's a 38mm 2-piston version I guess, does somebody have the part number or the mounting hole pattern? Any information is good information.

Yes, I am working on a new project: planning the conversion of a 1983 R100 to a R100RS. And with that, I wanna try some mods that I always wanted to try, the rear disc being one of them.
