Oh, we should have started there, as I would be surprised if you were looking in my drawer at lugs and didn't find one that would work for your purposes. I can take photos and email them to you.

Re: Looking for a 90 degree battery lug
Stuck at a conference for three days, with little to do during the long lunch breaks, I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood. After walking past the thirtieth sushi bar in a 3 block radius, I noticed a good old-fashioned electrical supply wholesaler, Midtown Electric. I showed the owner the lug and he took me to a storeroom where they had 2 aisles full of nothing but lugs. I found 3 that would work in a box that must have been dropped there during the Kennedy administration. The counter guy said he had no idea where they would be on inventory, so he charged me a dollar for the 3. SOLD. Thanks to Duane for looking through the lug collection

Good for you. Now you know just how vast is the world of lugs. I only have a few dozen that are typical for our uses. They average about $5 each these days.

Those valve covers are in much better shape than mine
I'd forgotten what the stock wires looked like, thanks for the close-up.
