Keep in mind that it is put together by volunteers and they vary from year to year. Over all, they do a great job. When I was tasked with developing the first International rally for Vetter I first went to the MOA rally to steal ideas. I volunteered for everything and had my hands in it at nearly every stage. I was probably the only person who flew a private airplane in and out of Prineville. I took the photographer up for the photos.
