hi StephenB and jjwithers, thanks very much for the offer to help a stranger , im curious to find out if my rego plate is going to fit the bracket before i stuff youse guys around , so heres the measurments of my rego plate185mm x 95mm .

jjwithers,would you be able to have a measure of the bracket for me to see my plate will fit ok , so it'll look neat enough?

Mine measures 168 x 90.

The screw holes are 70mm apart on the top, and the lower hole is 70mm from the centerline of the top two.

edit: These are the holes for mounting the plate to the fender - not the holes to mount our little wimpy USA license plate to the holder.

thanks mate , looks like it'll fit ok and still look neat .looks like more new parts to order for the old girl. thanks to all that helped :D
