Some are calling it the "wet head". But that, and "Water Head" just don't have the same ring to them as "airhead", "oilhead", "hexhead", "camhead" etc.

Some guy on the internet called it a "bubble head" but I think he is a "chuckle head".

I think Wasserboxer is the correct term.
