While the passenger pegs on the R65 were non-adjustable, I could straddle the two pegs with my size 11's.
I prefered the passenger pegs full-on, though, dangerous as it was.
Now I have a proper "sport" bike...
(At least my feet are near the controls)

The /5 does not have adjustable pillion pegs.
On the SWB /5s that I have owned, my size 11 boots will span both pegs.
On one of my /5s I made adjusters for the back pegs from flat iron, so that I could move them up and forward. This was in an effort to get the Miss's feet between mine and the Krauser bags.
