Smoke, valves and rings
Re: Smoke, valves and rings
Had a good look Mal at several minutes footage traveling behind you and I couldn't really see anything.

Did you get any useful footage from that thing Jeff? Of is it like an aircraft's black box ... for analysis of non-roo-tine events ?ME 109 wrote: Edit, I'll have to consult my gopro footage taken when I was behind you on the way out of Wee Jasper. Tonight.

Several times I was close enough to see smoke Mal, but I saw none on the vid. Not to say there was none, but I can't remember seeing it either. Pete's bike was smokin' it up as well, so things get a little confusing.

Think it was the left side Mal,
Not sure whether it was during back off or hard acceleration,
either way we wern't just cruising.

Re: Smoke, valves and rings
Mal, from my point of view the smoke was most evident on back off. And it was quite evident after a heated run (naturally, I guess).
So I was smokin' too... hmmm... more items for the to do list.
