Password misplaced

Post by She'llbe »

It's been so long since I've logged off and had to log on that I"ve forgotten my password. How do I find out what it was so I can make some changes in my email contact?

As you're logged in, can't you go to 'user control panel' and make changes?

No.

When you attempt to reset your password, it will ask for your current password. Without it, you can't change it.

What you CAN do is hit the "I forgot my password" link on the login page and get sent a new password. THEN you can use it to reset the password to whatever you want.
