'81 R100RS on Boise Craig's List

Post by Ken in Oklahoma »

This popped up on Craig's list in Boise. At a shade less than $4K and 59K miles I guess it's priced OK. $1,600 is a lot of money to spend on new tires and "go all thru the bike". I would go all thru the bike for a lot less. ;)

I'm also guessing the price would make our cohorts in Oz and other such strange places green with envy.

Big Twin Cycles is an odd name for a non Harley dealer. I've met the mechanic there and he strikes me as competent (perhaps a rarity in BMW dealerships nowadays). They are also Airhead friendly, stocking a few basic parts but they can include parts they don't have on their weekly order and will get them in about a week. I met the mechanic there when I was wanting some airhead parts. They quickly got him to the counter because he speaks airhead.

Hi Ken,

Yep just a tad.
I wonder what shipping costs are to Oz ?
Was it Jeff that just shipped a 90 ?

Cheers
Joe
