Hi,

My '82 RS had 40mm headers and shorter 'sports pipes' when I bought it in '83.

Cheers

My RS has original paint, never repainted. If I look hard enough, I can even find some in between the stone chips.

Is the spare fairing still waiting for its chance to impress?

The Original full fairing IS in good nick from what he says, and I've got photos which relay that,
wondering what I should offer him for the RS as a straight up purchase?.. rather than a swap for my K.

It is indeed Steve, but what a dilemma. Actually I have Grants 507 fairing as well, which I tried unsuccessfully to sell on ebay @$375.00 a couple times.
Trouble with the fairing that I bought is that it is in quite good condition as is Grants, if I put it on, I might end up wanting to treat the RS with kid gloves. Imagine that.........

I reckon you should keep the nice fairing for formal occasions - weddings, funerals, bar mitzvahs, etc

Not a RS, but the bidding is healthy without making reserve...

There are 4 R90S's on ebay.oz at the moment too!

I think this ebay /7 shows that if a bike looks good and sounds good to read about, then the price can be a surprise.

Prices are looking better as a seller. Not so good otherwise!
