More valuable information is when they show you were the problems are. If it's drivetrain or engine, well then we have something. If it's "vibration," or other subjective issues, then you know it is very related to the expectations of the owners.

I started my parts career in a Datsun/Volvo dealership in the mid 70s. Even though both brands where of equal quality (the Volvo may have been a touch better) we had double the complaints from Volvo owners. They tended to be a fussier kind of person, and had spent 50% more for their car than the lowly Datsun owner.

I saw many of the same personalities at my first MOA rally in 78.
