Re: Login

Sorry to hear you are having login issues Jeff.

Are you using an iPhone? If so, are you using Safari? It seems to be pretty picky and might not always log you back in, depending on how long it's been since you visited, from what I've been reading on the web. If this is the case you might try Chrome if you haven't already done so.

Also I made a change to the forum so that it will always redirect to https (secure connection). It wasn't doing this before (though I thought it was) and this can cause cookie / login problems.

Hope it works better for you, if you are still having any issues let me know!

I followed the instructions and I am in like flint!
I know it's a long time since you posted Rob, bit it's 'Flynn' as in Errol Flynn.

I keep getting logged out too, been happening for a long time. Enough to make me not bother, trying to remember my password.

Gidday Steve, I'm back. Had to change password again because I got logged out again and couldn't remember.
Anyway back in. I'll see if login behaves from now on.
Cheers.

For what it's worth, most broiwsers have a dacility where thay can remenber your password(s) and autofill them when yopu log in to the relevant site or app. A bit of a two edged sword really. On one side it removes the necessity to memorise dozens of passwords... on the other side it removes the necessity to memorise dozens of passwords, so you don't... then when you really need them you're stuck. It does, however, make life a lot easier most of the time.
