5K and a 1900 mile drive.

Today I installed Albert mirrors and one of those headlight crash-guards and accidentally (actually through intense study and sheer mechanical prowess) fixed the horn that had stopped working. It's late and I've had Beer so no test-ride tonight, it will have to wait until the morning.

Put that horn on a shelf and install a pair of Fiamms w/relay if you plan on riding the bike.

Yep. Fixing a stock horn is one of those tits on a board things: still useless.

Tits on a board? Sounds intriguing to this wood worker.

Unclviny, that is a very nice looking bike. Was it that clean when you got it or is that your doing? Either way, what a stunner!

Edit: corrected a spelling error.

Thanks,
I got it as you see it, she is unrestored, less than 33,000 miles.

Major, could you have meant "tits on a bore" or "tits on a boar?"

I took it to my favorite English Pub for St. Patricks day.
Parked it in a line of Hardleys and folks ignored the "Butt-Jewelry" to gawk at the /5, kept me laughing all night!
