We'll be there camping Thursday night.
Four of my buds in tow so far, plus a possible sixth on the fence.

Who do we know that's on the track this year?

6 days and counting, is it just me or does the Clock seem to be slowing-down?
I will be there Thursday evening.

I'm almost packed. I'm heading out early thursday. I'll have a dry erase board for people to leave messages for friends. J18 is where the action will be by day. I've been watching the same thread on ADVriders and the Poverty riders list. A bunch of ADVriders and a whole bunch of PRI will be there. PRI HQ will be on the hill in camping area C.
see y'all there...
OH, also...
we will hopefully release the new home page for boxerworks.com here shorrtly & will include some added features. we'll post a notice when that occurs... :!:

I was on my way to the Rig today when the Boss called "your relief will not be there Thursday night"
My reaction was silence as I decided whether or not to quit until he said "they will be there Wednesday night"

So I am headed for 'Bama later this morning!

an awesome weekend was what we got at Barber Vintage Fest this year. Idyllic weather, lots of old friends and a bunch of new ones too. a huge turnout spectator wise and the swap meet area was sold out.
Great to meet you Vince. Keep us up to date on that R2 resto....
See y'all in AL next year.... 8-)

I am back in the "real world" (drilling rig).
Barbers was a HUGE time, I got to meet plenty of folks I only knew from the web, I "Hobnobbed" with motorsports royalty (Sir John Surtees, Dan Gurney, Jeff Smith and Leo Goff), the weather was perfect, I did not even spend too much at the swap meet!

I'll be back, even driving from Texas, buying parts, going to the benefit dinner and staying in a Motel it was under $900.00.

Same here, even though you were in disguise ;)

Great so far. Rode to Barber, then on to Cherohala Skyway, then to Blueridge Parkway. 2299 mile total so far.
Yesterday I rode from Ashville NC to Dallas (956 miles) in 14.5 hours including stops with an average speed of 64mph.
I believe tomorrow I'm going to do it right by collecting everything required, and do an Ironbutt SaddleSore 1000.
