I understand that person is volunteering their time - they've made that very clear. It simply seemed and still seems utterly counter intuitive. For an individual to ask for help as they have not the time to do things here, then they do not even at minimum respond; well that just seems a bit off. The favicon I made available and sent, I see it now used on the WP site in the boxerworks root, so go figure, perhaps I have helped???

"It" (that is, my intentions of being helpful in the sorts of roles for which I am qualified for, I.E., phpBB, my servers and experience - etc.) is entirely irrelevant as I quickly stop fighting to be helpful to those that ask for help, then ignore it when approached. I refuse to work hard to try and freely give away my time in such a manner. This is not the Red Cross or any other credible volunteer work I get involved with that is life saving/changing; it's a simple piece of forum software on a trivial server.

We can all appreciate the forum's content, contributors and existence in general. I need not understand people's motivations or reactions with regard to its operation when it appears as I lamented, that sort of, "no one is listening..." Of course naturally, it appears "justoneoftheguys" IS listening...

The alternate forum works. We are invited guests here and our host is very generous. We should be thankful
that we have this place.

We have no base on which to complain about anything regarding this forum.

Matt and Webmistress have spent countless hours (and $) supporting this forum for 'us'

This forum would return little in the way of $ to Matt.
