Get a bunch cut, then put the extras on ebay. I'd bet there are a bunch of airheads out there with the same problem.
The more cut, the cheaper they'd be. You could finance a rebuild or sumfink.

I had one cut at the local hardware store for like 8 dollars. Then the gauge exploded. If you want it, shoot me a note and I'll send it to you.

St. John's Glass here in Bellingham will cut them. I'm picking up a couple tomorrow. I'll let you know how they turn out.

Got an 8x10 sheet of lexan at the local hardware for less than $4.00. Ran into an airhead friend in the parking lot. He told me a local glass shop cut him a glass one for under $5.00 a year ago. I'll check into that.
The glass shop cut me two (one spare) for $7.00.
