Facebook? No.
I think there is some danger in having personal info out there for wackos to use and abuse.

I have the same thoughts about Facebook.

A while back I received an invitation to 'join a friend' on Facebook. At the bottom of the email was a section titled 'Other people you may know on Facebook' and there were pictures and names of 7 people. I did know them all - they were all in my email contacts list. I felt violated rather than tempted to join Facebook.

I share dougie and Charlie's approbation concerning Facebook.
I'm on it as Kerry Burns, ( a friend persuaded me ...), but although I see no point in trying to erase my presence, I rarely write anything, and I'm extremely careful when I do.
They send emails saying I've not been on for a long time, my friends are all talking about me etc etc, which increase my suspicion exponentially.
It's an information gathering virus, and a very successful one at that.
Try not to scratch.

Where in Europe were you? Flights around Europe are giveaway prices. I can fly to Poland for 1,50. I am fine here and feel much better after i stopped smoking.

Hi Indian,
I reluctantly have a facebook address due to my daughters but don't go there unless they prompt me. Always a surprise to see what info has been shared and who is looking for you. Consequently I shy away from that as well as Linkedin.
BUT, more importantly, welcome back as Indian or Ounni. I'm Ted but Teo fits too.
Glad to see you're ok. We missed you.
