Maybe. Running a wheel without balancing it is a crapshoot. You may be lucky and it may be close enough to have no problem. On the other hand, it may hop like crazy above 45 - 50 mph. You never know until you try. In the past, I've gotten lucky with rear wheels quite frequently, but only about 60% - 70% with fronts.
