I don't know the later BMW wheels with the ball bearings. One must still make sure that the bearings are captured and not going to take sideloads. I imagine that there is some machined in stops for the bearings.

I didn't buy the wheels. They went to the bidder who outbid me by the prescribed amount. What I meant by saying that the bid that I made set the price, is that there was only one bid higher.
