So what is your optimum forward lean ? There's no ST shown so I chose the GS of the same year, pretty similar to sit on .That gives me a 16 degree forward lean, 92 degree knees .Kinda comfortable but a bit more forward lean would be OK too .

Which ST are you looking for? There's the R80 ST, R1200 ST, and F800ST.

Wooopps ! An R80 ST,1983 IIRC.

The R80 ST is kind of a loner at the very top of the R bikes. I think it's because it's listed as R 80 ST instead of R80 ST. That space between the R and the 80 put's it first.

That's about right 6 degrees forward .
