I know that Diane would love to attend one of your gatherings.

Not without a chaperon, I trust. Diane's provocative manner of dress and demeanour could get her into trouble. She looks the sort that would get on the back of any Harley.

I reckon I can make it to Tottenham in September.

You could combine it with the Far Cairn Rally 15 &16 September at Tottenham.
I'll see if I can get to that. Melbourne to thru Shepp & Toc, then Narrandera to Condolbolin to Tottenham? Sound like a feasible route?

Mal

ps Hope you can make it!

Me'n Ken pissed of the second story verandah at the 'Lake pub' a few years ago. It was a long piss.
About 15' I reckon.

The flue from the wood heater in the bar downstairs came up through the floor of our room and out through the ceiling.
Good ol' Aussie ingenuity!

That heater sounds like the one in my house. I once caught my son pissing out the upstairs window rather than run down the stairs to piss.

Mal, I might take you up on the stopover at your place. I'm thinking of going to Bellingen and then across to Armidale via waterfall way, down the New England hway towards your place. I'll fine tune the route and let you know.

Jeff n Ken are a class act! I trust you were wearing your best clobber?

Shell'be you would be most welcome along with any others out there who want to call in for a brew and feed and shelter,
(separate quarters for Dianne of course).

cheers
Mal

It's a bugger when it goes in the rainwater gutters . ;)

Thanks Mal.
I'd presume the roads all 'round are dirt. That doesn't bother me, but I'd rather the better choice instead of something that might be well holed. If I'm doing a 840km day, I'll be out the door early to ensure dusk is avoided. I'd prefer to set a tent up in light.
Where's the closest place to buy beer supplies?
