Oh - you were waiting to get your avatar worked out before you made your announcement! :D

Gonna do any work on the R100?

Speaking of which, are Larry and Mrs. Fixit coming?

The R100S is about as good as can be. I have lavished mucho love on "Beck". Mostly little deferred maintenance issues like a bad rear brake light switch, no horn and fluid changes. May need to put some fuel in it though.

No fairing or shield on the "S" but I'll survive the wind. Likely have a tail wind going north and a header rolling back to the barn. Not the first time...

Already have one that's about the size of an Army combat ruck. Planning on tucking behind it when the wind gets too annoying. In the way back days, I did several long trips on my 1953 Triumph wearing an open face helmet. Too dumb to know I wasn't having a good time. :D

My ol' boss at the BMW/Triumph/Honda dealership used to say, "Hell. I'd sit astride a 2x4 just to get to go riding." He often resembled two hams hanging on a rail.

Don't know Rob. I sent an individual email to Larry about a week ago and I haven't heard anything back. We really need him there. Otherwise somebody else will have to work on the bikes, and it just wouldn't be the same.

Ken
