It certainly is. I haven't ever seen one in Oregon, but apparently they are there. SO, since I've never seen one here in California, I guess that doesn't mean they aren't here too.

Edit: I just went to their store locator - a buttload of stores in Oregon, and some in Washington too. Zero in California.
