Why can't people that insist on filming shows on their T.V. at least buy a cheap tripod?

This worked for me:
First off: Us the right wrench. Not just a spanner or any other make due wrench. Assuming you have one:
Heat the nuts with a torch. Get them very hot. Once the nut is hot place the wrench on it. Keep heating with a torch until the wrench head is very hot as well. Take a can of compressed air (like for cleaning computers, cameras, etc) and blast the heck out of whatever part of the port is exposed. This cools it rapidly while the mass of the heated nut and wrench remain hot. As you spray begin to add pressure to wrench to spin the nut off.

May not work for you but it has worked for me on several airheads. Those nuts are pricey.

Motorfly,

On your method it looks like you are expanding the exhaust nuts, which would expand the head and then quickly cooling the nuts to shrink and spin off. Canned air cools better when held up side down, it really frosts up an item then.
I would have fired the engine up to heat everything and then blast the nuts with the canned air.

They do make freeze spray, but we discovered canned air froze items when turn up side down.

Used a similar method to change a ring gear on a car I had. Put the flywheel in the freezer and the ring gear in the oven, just made it real simple.

He's not shrinking the nuts. He's shrinking the ports.

He wants his nuts a big as he can get them. Shrinking nuts is bad.
