There are rat bikes and there are rat bikes. Some are ratty just because they aren't lavished with cosmetic care and some are people with a lack of style who are trying to imitate the honesty of the former type. Like most things, I like some rat bikes and others leave me thinking that they could be a nice bike if someone else got a hold of it and undid all the damage and corny stuff.
Oh, and then there are the bikes that have a junk shop attached to them, doll's heads, fur wrapped thingies, plumbing parts strategically placed, etc. I've seen a few of those that are (to me) truly inspired pieces of art.
(That bike ain't one of those in my eyes.)
