Neil, we are just giving you the chance to plan your trip to Oz at the best time of the year.
Come and see the mutant rabbit's corkscrew penis in action.

Nup, wrong place. Try -36.015904,148.379816

No sign needed - it's right on the main road. Here's a wider view.

ps: It's not my hut. It belongs to whoever gets there first. (Jeff, we might need the shovel, just in case).

The sign was gonna say "Airbears Hut" to hang over the mantle! ;)

Some more info...maybe we could do an annual mountain hut ride...take in a few? http://www.khuts.org/index.php/the-huts ... briens-hut

Zooming the google map, there may be a small creek less than 500metres up the road to C'murra, on the left adjacent to the dirt road.

Pete beat you to it. Right in the middle of the mantel piece is a little graffito that reads "PETE R100RS 2012"
That was from when Pete and I took shelter there after the Geehi run last November. It was one of those very windy nights where no tent could have survived, and we were very pleased to be there.

The thing about these huts is that you can never depend on them being available. You takes yer chances, and should always carry alternative accommodation.

I am planning to head to Karuah. Like you work tends to get in the way. A few mates from up Brissy way are heading off on Friday morning, I can't get away until early afternoon Friday. At least I have Monday off to make a nice weekend of it.

Hopefully we can catch up.
