Jeff, I don't understand. I can't even tell what it is. Some of the parts are recognizable but what is it?

It looks like a light weight version of a cargo bike, like a bikfiets or however you spell that.

The guy said the cable steering worked very well.

He and his mate were cycling a few hundred K's down the east coast. We talked for a good twenty minutes. Cool dudes.
