The answer to my question is US $15,700 .A bit out of my range , I would have though about $12000 .

Garnet, you make the common mistake of reading English. It drives me crazy to read some of the crap written by good folks. Sometimes I go back and reread my own stuff and wonder what idiot wrote it.
Ask the Indians what happens when you don't control immigration.
