So, a Street Tracker, eh? Is that like a Cafe with scrambler bars?

Do you have pics of what you want to achieve?
Street Tracker is part of the cafe scene.

This is an example of where I am taking mine. Maybe not those tires.. But bare bones like this one.

I agree, but following close behind it and almost as 'real' would be an early unit construction Triumph with dual carbs and massive air filters and real TT pipes tucking in beneath the skid plate/frame bottom and terminating in front of the rear tire. A BSA Gold Star (non unit construction) would be great and easy to do. Just fit a tucked in high pipe and run semi knobby TT tires.

This was probably a dirt tracker earlier. The shifter is changed to the other side.
What's that KNOB in front of the seat?

Pre-dating BMW's late '70s, more subtle, nut-busting design effort, that knob provides access to the XR750's under-seat first aid kit. :D

Yes, all XR750's were built as pure race bikes - not street legal. This one was converted to street legal, something that wouldn't be possible with a track only model built today because of emissions regulations.

I have no idea what that knob is for - besides doing unpleasant things to one's personal parts.

Look closer... it's not a knob. It's a hole to rest the massive huevos required to ride the Harley at it's designed parameters.

After putting on my glasses: clearly, you are correct.
