They're really nice little bikes, but very small frames and only 500cc. Great runabouts, but not comfortable for distance.

Very nice bike! Good luck with it. The same thing happened to me with a Honda and a Yamaha, but I missed the simple and well designed airheads.

Not exactly the same, but similar engine. Liquid cooled v-twin Honda.
100,000+ km and no issues. Fires right up, doesn't use oil. runs like the day it was born.

Yep, Doug---Honda engines are quite excellent. But wouldn't that Hawk be even better with a pair of E. German army knapsacks for panniers . . . ? :twisted:
