Not a lot of difference between Yamabond and Three bond,etc etc.
The old wrench I bought my R75/7 from liked a hard setting sealant which stuck the barells in place, as he reckoned without it they moved around a bit and this was what caused the leaks.
He fitted 900 barells to the bike just before I bought it 20 years ago and the base and push rod tubes are still as tight as a drum, so it looks like it worked for him!
Unleaded seats still in there too!
