Nice bike the 1150r. Have you removed the muffler for a throaty sound and less weight? I have a friend who has had his like that for 75K. Loves it.

Hagon shocks have worked for me I got them from Dave Quinn
+1 on the Hagons, at half the price of OEM.

I did remove the muffler on the R1150R and I do love that growl.
I'll check into Hagon's. they are what my R1150R has, put on by the previous owner. they seem great, although they are "squeaky". once you're moving you don't really notice that, though.
how about progressive suspension? any opinions? there is a set for sale close by me that would work with a R100. seems like a reasonable price as well.

If the price is reasonable, and the bike is up for sale, then why not?
