But will they fit with an RS fairing?
I believe that is what Steve needs.

Having just returned from a ride, I can say w/ certainty it's primarily my left hand more so the pinky-ring-middle, same but to a lesser extent in the right. This after only 10mi or so. Frankly, I'm always glad to dismount the RS.
Currently thinking bar-backs may be worth a try.

What about something like this:

I just wonder if "up" is enough; feels like both up & back might be best.
My K75 had the same numbing effect, which is one reason I sold it. I did switch bars on that to no avail, so I know swapping those style bars onto the RS will not help me out.

These set-backs look generic enough to work.

I mentioned it earlier, but have you given any thought to an S faing with S bars? I know it's a big job.

Compare those measurements with your RS bars or K75S bars. That's what I did.
S fairing / S bars

RS fairing / K75S bars

I had a comeoffence about 3 years back, where I low sided at 80kph on my right side and clobbered the right side of my helmet against the asphalt, rolled a few times and went over the edge of the road, about 10 metres down into scrub. I was ok, managed to climb back up, fix the bike etc etc.... However I'm now suspicious I may have tweeked something at the time, stretching the left side of my neck and wonder if that's what is surfacing now?

Removing the RS fairing isn't an option for me...unless I choose to replace it with another one! It's too good. The bars ontheotherhand might be a worthy consideration, as might a cautious manip of the neck.

Your helmet seems to have done it's job.
