The RS fairing may present some big Db's to the rider, so the options to reduce that significantly are, a good helmet and earplugs.
The RS fairing is a SOB on a 35c+ day.
Motorcycling is a SOB on a 35c+day.
On a cool day with hundreds of k's till the destination, the RS fairing is perferct. At 6'2", it is for me anyhowz.

A couple of years ago I did a 4 day 2500 k trip to a rally where mostly dual purpose bikes went. On the last day, and back on the tarmac with 4-500 k to get home, I sure was glad to be able to tuck behind that screen @ 6000rpm with a strong crosswind and just zone out, occasionally thinking about the guys on GS's and 990's doin' it hard. :mrgreen:
