This idea would really put the "flat" into flat twins. And, with a little basket-weave naugahyde (and, of course, appropriate piping), the lid could pass for a Corbin backrest . . .

I'm not sure how to take a lack of response from Duane. He is either repulsed, or pissed that I've blown the project he's been working on over winter.

Radar dish? Satellite TV receiver? Hope that wasn't under the aforementioned appliance............don't much like the look of them brown stains!!!! Does the seat hinge? Just the place for some barbie implements and an ice bucket!!! The accessory guys will be jockeying for position to capitalise on these beauties!!! In the stores by Christmas!!!!!

Your latest design is so over the top, I think you should put a lid on it, until it's bin fully developed and you get a better handle on the situation... jest sayin'.
