I didn't know you had a boat Tim?
I might add that there are more easy to use anchors these days.

You know, those pictures make what was left of my bike look showroom fresh!
"A cheap one, but not pretty."
OK, now I'm depressed... If Jeff doesn't think it's worth a go, then it probably isn't!
(maybe I should use it for target practice...?)

WANT! Just put the bike on the boat and push it off to the East. I'll paddle out on my longboard to meet it, and send you PayPal when I get back to shore.Tim Shepherd wrote:Well shiver me timbers, look what just showed up on Craigslist:ME 109 wrote:

Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.
Re: 1984 R65 :Tell me more
Thanks for the offer Melville, but you really don't want to "sink" any more money in this project...
Re: 1984 R65 :Tell me more
I have a vision of all the as-cast surfaces shimmering with a black stove enamel, like a Vincent. A little blingtastic treatment of all the smooth alu parts, and mechanical work as needs. I could probably have it done in less than 5 years, this go-round.Tim Shepherd wrote:Thanks for the offer Melville, but you really don't want to "sink" any more money in this project...
