In the U.S. I've bought it at Michael's Art's and Crafts. I'm sure Aaron Brothers has it too, as well as that other place I will not enter that thinks corporations can have religious beliefs.

I've given up on buying stuff from the US, the postage is horrendous and reallly high too UK is good and I can often get things landed at my door from the UK cheaper than interstate within Oz .

I ordered some today from my friendly local craft shop in town, the one that sells watercolour paint and wool for knitting . Nice little shop .

It's always fun to jump in to a 'language' discussion.

The name 'Aluminium' was coined by De Morveau in 1709. At one stage, he changed it to 'Aluminum' but 'Aluminium' was the term generally adopted and complies with a later decision by IUPAC that all new elements should end in 'ium'. The Americans and Canadians seem to have gone against the trend by adopting the 'um' in preference to the 'ium' ending used by the rest of the world. Is either strictly 'more correct' than the other?... not really, does it matter?... not really except to pedants and people who take an interest, not in metals but the development of languages.

BTW, the original post by Duane is over 5 years old... haven't heard from him for some time... hope he's OK.

Duane's OK. He followed the old Yahoo /2 forum to its new format. He spent quite a bit of time reformatting his website and continues to tweak it.
