We are on our third database incarnation. Many of us have known each other here for 10 years or more.
It's a shame all of our historical databases seem to be lost to old code...
Rob, what do you guess on your collective post numbers since you've been here at the Boxerworks forum? I myself just don't post much at all like the old days since the forum got my bikes running right years ago. I dunno...I'd guess I've got multi thousands of posts here in the "three databases incarnations". I'd imagine you well exceed that yourself. It's all good.

There's got to be some way to re-incarnate the old forum at the very least as a archive. Really now, what's the hitch? It can't be that difficult, unless it's corrupt data.

For posterity's sake, years ago I saved to disc each Boxerworks Forum Rally thread from the first two rallies at Ken's cabin. That'd be from 10/03 on into 10/04. The file is 16.7 meg in size; most of that comes from the glut of photos I posted on promoting the little rally. Maybe I'll figure a way to post on the web somehow.

I think the hitch is, only the Web Mistress can do it, and she has not been around much lately. If at all.

And, they are not easily compatible databases, so it takes a lot of time/money.
